No More Crumbs Director
​     Colleen served as the Children's Ministry Director at Southlands Church Int'l for three years and for 10 years as the Orange County Coordinator for Moms in Touch, Int'l, a prayer ministry focused on children and their schools. She has served as a Practicum Mentor at Hope International University in Fullerton, California and continues to mentor others as they grow in their ministry calling. Colleen writes curriculum used by many churches worldwide.  She is a teacher with School of Ministries and has written a module for them entitled “Equipping the Next Generation”. 
     Over the last 17 years she has had the privilege of conducting leadership training for children, youth and adults in Holland, Ukraine, England, Scotland, Malaysia, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Australia, Ghana, South Africa and the Philippines. She has been married to Steve for 48 years. They have four grown children and 10 grandchildren.

 Jarrod & Diana Coombs
​     It is such a privilege to serve alongside others who have a heart to see children know their true identity in Christ. Having three children of our own, we see the importance of raising and discipling them to know God and His unwavering love for them. Even before we married, we both worked and served in ministries that focused on caring for children. Jarrod served in various Children’s and Youth Ministries and has written curriculum for NMC. For 11 years, Diana served a USA non-profit organization based in Africa that served orphaned and underprivileged children. We both love bringing the Word of God and the heart of Jesus into our family’s daily life.

 Lynn Fote
     Lynn joined the No More Crumbs Board in 2012 focusing on intercessory prayer, strategic vision, and most recently teaching. 
Lynn is a leadership and life coach and an ordained pastoral counselor, as well as the coaching director for her local church. She is currently working on certification in spiritual direction. Her experience includes developing and directing children's, women's, and service ministries, writing curriculum, teaching, and speaking. She has been published in national publications along with a book. 
     She and her husband, Joe, are marriage and parenting coaches and speakers for The National Center for Biblical Parenting. She is passionate about journeying with others to delve deep into who God is, hearing His voice, and discovering and living out who they are. Joe and Lynn have been married 30 years and have two adult daughters. She loves sunshine, the beach, being creative, and asking questions.

Jason Kimes
     Jason Kimes is a seasoned brand and marketing strategist, president of Team Kimes Design (formerly Circle City Marketing), which he has owned and operated for over 25 years. He partners with executives, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders to craft compelling personal and professional brands, and he brings additional expertise as a veteran event manager for stadium and arena-scale productions.
     Beyond business, Jason is deeply involved in ministry and community impact. He serves on the board of No More Crumbs Ministry, co-founded Magnify Ministries and ONE Hope Conferences, and has event managed major faith-based events including Women of Faith and Chosen Women. He’s a past president of Circle City Rotary, a former executive board member of The Foundation for Community and Family Health, and previously served on pastoral staff at Church of the Woods in Lake Arrowhead.

 Basil Kupersamy
​     Basil Kupersamy is a pastor, educator, and Deputy Chairperson of No More Crumbs (NMC). With over 30 years in education, he currently leads a primary school in South Africa and pastors at CornerStone Ministry – House of Prayer. Since first encountering the NMC vision in 2010, Basil has shared its curriculum across South Africa, the UK, and parts of Africa—helping children and church leaders discover their God-given value and purpose.
     He and his wife, Marisa, have been married for over 28 years and recently returned to South Africa after 16 years in England. A proud father of two grown sons, Basil enjoys gardening, photography, and time with his dogs—daily reminders of God’s beauty and unconditional love.

T has been serving in the Mission Field for over 45 years. T has served on two different churches mission boards, in Mobilization and, Encounter Coaching. She has a certificate in both areas and a degree with cross-cultural emphasis. Her passion is coming along side those serving cross-culturally to serve out their Life Purpose and in Leadership, helping them to identify and reach their goals, providing perspective and encouragement to meet and overcome obstacles has truly been an honor. T has had the privilege of leading and training several others in the field. 

T has served children all over the world, coming alongside their parents as they are in training. It truly has been a privilege to walk alongside, encourage and train up the children and their parents. 

T has four adult children and nine grandchildren. When not working, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, and reading. She is excited about how God is using her in this time of her life.
